Project Overview

Marks & Company wanted their site to showcase the prime location of their apartment communities. They also wanted a site that was very inexpensive to maintain.

To achieve this, 4 Marketshare created a map using Flash technology that highlights the proximity of their apartments to public transportation, shopping and local colleges. 4 Marketshare also included community information for each property, allowing potential renters to learn more about the surrounding neighborhoods and what they had to offer.

Finally, 4 Marketshare provided Marks & Company with a content management system, enabling the company to maintain the site’s content in-house which significantly reduces the total cost of ownership.
