Project Overview

The Lindy's liked the general design of their existing site, but the site’s architecture made it difficult to maintain and impossible to add features the Lindy's desired. In addition, they were unhappy with the response time of their website developer - it was taking weeks just to make simple changes, such as rental price updates. Finally, the website was featured prominently in the major search engines.

4 Marketshare was hired and rebuilt the site from scratch. While the site looks exactly the same, its code has been modernized and simplified. Now, the site is easy to maintain and extend. When we redeveloped the site, we optimized each page for targeted keyword phrases. Now, lindyproperty.com appears on the first page of Google and Yahoo search results for numerous, relevant keyword phrases.

To further boost search engine traffic, we implemented Pay Per Click campaigns in both Google AdWords and Yahoo Search Marketing.

Whenever Lindy Property Management needs a change to their website, they send the request to our support email address which automatically records their request in our Customer Relationship Management system. We make all requested modifications within 48 hours and notify the customer when then work is complete.
