The following represents a workflow for a typical 4 Marketshare web site project. It assumes active and timely client participation.*

Step 1
We meet with you in person or over the phone to better understand your company, how your website supports your business and the complexity of the project. We use this information to write a proposal that summarizes your objectives and details specific website development work. We also include an engagement agreement that specifies an exact price for the work to be done. Once you sign the agreement, we contact you to schedule a kick off meeting which can take place at your convenience in person or via the phone.

Step 2
The kick off meeting is gather the information needed to proceed with the project. In the case of a new website development project or website design facelift, we brainstorm design ideas. We will review website sample to determine what designs appeal to you and what website navigation will best support your customers. We also work on finalizing the site map, which lists all of the pages on your site and how they interconnect. In addition to completing a site map,

Step 3
It is at this stage of development that the overall look and feel and general organization of the site will be established. Two weeks after our first meeting, we will deliver a website design prototype for your review. The prototype will usually consist of two pages-an index page and a secondary page. The final index page design will be used to create your site’s home page. The secondary page will be used to create a template which will make it easy to apply the design to the other pages on your site. You will provide us feedback on the template as soon as possible so that we can make any necessary changes and continue development of the site.

Step 4
4 Marketshare will make all requested revisions within a week of receiving them and wait for your approval. The feedback/revision process continues as many times as is necessary to produce a design that works best for you.

Step 5
In as little as two weeks from the date that we receive your final approval, we will deliver a completed site.**

Step 6
You will have the opportunity to review your site. We will adjust the site until you are completely satisfied.

Step 7
When the site is complete, we will provide you with a CD containing all of the files related to your web site as well as all of the information you need to access the online version of your web site.

* It is important to note that complex web sites, multiple requests for revisions to your site, and delayed responses to 4 Marketshare inquires will increase the turn around time for your project.

**Please note that this timeline is contingent upon us receiving all of the requested supporting materials prior to beginning the development process.
